completed her studies in dance, choreography and performance in Rotterdam (Codarts, Hogeschool voor de Kunsten) and Amsterdam (DasArts, Hogeschool voor de Kunsten) and subsequently worked internationally with the performance collective Poni.be, among others.
She developed her own works, which she calls ‘Sonic Choreographies’, audible choreographies and visible compositions. Things, bodies, instruments, props, microphones, objects and loudspeakers intertwine to create landscapes that are inhabited performatively.
In 2011, she founded the performance duo SKILLS with Sylvi Kretzschmar at the interface of modern dance, live art, electronic and electro-acoustic music and performance. Since 2020, Camilla Fehér has been working with the Thikwa Theatre (Berlin) and the Theater an der Parkaue (Berlin) on the projects ‘MEGAFON-CHOR’, ‘Empowerment von Un-Erhörten’, ‘Schwarmbewegungen’ and ‘The Embodyment of Sound’.
