Edsel Scott
studied dance in England at the Rambert Academy of Dance and Urdang Academy of
Dance where he also learned to be a Pilates teacher (Reformer work). He has
danced in different companies and projects in Europe plus taught ballet and
modern dance. 2001 in Berlin, he started his Gyrotonic teacher training. He
continued his education while still dancing exploring movement and eventually moving more and more in the
rehabilitation field where his main interest now lies. In Addition to his
teaching at Thikwa, he is presently working in two Physiotherapy practices in
Berlin working with Gyrotonic and as a Gyrokinesis trainer .
